Keith Fawkes

​Prior to starting the company in 1993 Keith had been involved in a family manufacturing business for over 20 years. The skills he has acquired over the past 40 years are well utilised while he heads up the R&D team at Bosston.

Keith is voluntarily involved with community activities that support the youth.

Managing Director
Carl Trewarn

Carl joined Bosston Auto Bodies in 2001 as a Sales consultant after a working in engineering, boiler making and hydraulic fitting for 6 years. Quickly advancing his knowledge by undertaking various business and finance courses, by 2006 Carl transitioned into Sales and Marketing manager and with continuing experience and increasing responsibility from 2009 -2015 took the role General Manager. In 2016 Carl was further promoted to the company’s Managing Director. Never the less Carl’s approach to the business is hands on and remains actively in the day to day running . Carl enjoys strategic thinking and development of new ideas, both processes and products. As MD this gives Carl scope to influence sales, marketing, finance and operations.

Outside of the work environment Carl enjoys and supports charitable organisation such as the Rapid Relief Team www.rapidreliefteam.org and voluntary supports his children’s private school.

Director of Operations
Terry Fawkes

​Terry Fawkes started an apprenticeship with the company in 1998 and in the recent years has taken a senior management role. Whilst in charge of operations he has seen the production grow over 600% and has completed a number of business courses.

Terry enjoys innovating and building. There is always something new to build and a new way of building it at Bosston Auto Bodies.

HR&OHS and Commercial
Deborah Selman

​Deborah Selman joined Bosston as the HR&OHS Manager in 2012. Deborah has over 20 years of international HR, Industrial Relations and Commercial experience. She has held senior HR and IR roles in both government and the private sector and has significant experience in organisational change, business turnaround and strategic planning. In addition to holding HR Manager roles in a number of manufacturing organisations including WESFI, Laminex and the InHealth Group, Deborah has worked as a Business Partner at the international engineering consultancy FaberMaunsell.

Deborah received her undergraduate degree from Curtin University achieving membership of the Vice Chancellors List and has a post graduate qualification from the University of Western Australia. In 2013 she complete a Certificate IV in Lean Manufacturing Processes, is currently studying a Diploma in OHS and recently completed undergraduate Mathematics units at RMIT and the University of South Australia.

Operations coordinator
Lorraine orley

Lorraine joined Bosston in 2017. She has over 10 yrs experience working in the motor industry within dealerships and over 10 yrs working as an assistant strata manager

Lorraine relocated to Perth from Sydney in Jan 2017 and enjoys travelling, camping, the outdoors & animals.

Operations
Russell Hitch

​Russell Hitch joined Bosston as a welder in 2008 and has since been involved in various operations, finance and sales roles. He has a passion for efficiency and is responsible for the implementation of lean systems in the factory.

Russell has completed Business Studies cert 3, competitive systems and practices cert 4 and training in human resource management.

Russell enjoys recreational outdoor activities and sports.

Sales Consultant
Sharyn Eilers

​Sharyn Eilers joined Bosston Auto Bodies in November 2010 as a front line Customer Services Officer, transitioning into a Sales position in January 2014. In 2007, Sharyn left a 20 year General Insurance career in New Zealand (her last 11 years were with Vero Insurance, Auckland as a Claims Team Leader) following her mining husband to Kalgoorlie. Sharyn worked in retail for Retravision for two years then became the sole staff and Insurance Manager for SGIO insurance in Kalgoorlie.

The SGIO office was housed inside a local pharmacy and Sharyn also became an administrator for the pharmacy, plus co-ordinator to the chairman of a committee of local businessmen canvasing for a community bank within Kalgoorlie. Sharyn enjoyed the experience and the opportunity to meet the locals.

Moving from Kalgoorlie to Perth and joining Bosston, Sharyn primarily looks after Bosston’s Recreational customers and more recently also the Service role for parts, spares, servicing and warranties. A farmer’s daughter, Sharyn is familiar with 4WD’s and machinery and so always enjoys being able to spend time in the outdoors with family and friends whenever she can.

Sales Consultant
Brian Sharpe

​Brian joined Bosston as Sales Representative in 2006. With many years of senior sales and operations experience, Brian has been able to assist guiding a team of dedicated sales staff to the position the company now has in a dynamic market. Brian has also continued his studies in sales and marketing, lean manufacturing, negotiation and currently customer contact.

Brian’s prior experience in holding a responsible position in manufacturing and design has been a great help in providing solutions for our valued customers.
